Powers: Flight and blasts, unknown quantity, limitations, effects. She has apparently invented all "powers" as equipment.

Motivation: Impressed by the heroes of the Watch, Alley-Cat wants to get out there and "make a difference", too. As a teenager, she may have other obligations such as family and school. She currently operates independently but has stated a willingness to work with others.
