Powers: This team is equipped with corrosive, explosive, radioactive and biologic powers that are especially deadly when they work in combination with one another. Their origin is unknown. They appeared to have been working as a distraction while other captured villains were broken out of the holding facility at the military base near Hero City.

The Hazards are responsible for the death of Phantom Fist.
