Status: On the Loose!

Powers: Absorbs damage and converts it to strength and toughness.

Motivation: Forge appears to wish to escape the Air Force. He has committed treason for money and is likely to continue to behave in a mercenary fashion. Notable virtue is that he does not willingly cause lethal harm or death to civilians (non-powered humans).
