Powers: A very stealthy character, Brain Freeze has the ability to form a block of ice around the head of her victims. The Watch has not discovered a defense against this debilitating power as of yet, although if she can be found quickly she doesn't take a punch well.

Motivation: She appears to be a mercenary.
